Leadership Institute Signature Series social media toolkit

Summary:  

I created a series of toolkits and templates for communications around the Leadership Institute Signature Series programs. These are leadership training and development programs for current and incoming HCA Healthcare leaders in all parts of the company. The communications toolkit included copy and creative collateral to celebrate program participation and graduation for each of the Signature Series programs, including an executive and/or internal announcement, and an announcement for individual participants to share on their own LinkedIn page.  

Value added:  

A component of the Leadership Institute curriculum is based on executive presence and network building and these days, much of that work happens online. By providing participants with a pre-written LinkedIn post we helped them share and celebrate this accomplishment. And by organically increasing the online visibility of the Leadership Institute programs, this effort helps to showcase HCA’s commitment to growing tomorrow’s leaders and support the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice.

  • The Executive Development Program (EDP) is a year-long program for top management

talent in roles such as assistant chief nursing officer, assistant chief financial officer, vice

president of operations, vice president of finance, controller, assistant administrator, and

director, who aspire to step into c-suite positions in the future. The Executive

Development Program is part of HCA Healthcare’s Leadership Institute, which has

graduated more than 16,850 colleagues since its inception in 2014.

  • The Leadership Excellence Program (LEP) is a nine-month immersive learning

experience giving high-potential leaders the opportunity to learn new skills for solving

complex business challenges, improving clinical outcomes, leading change and growing

the business. The Leadership Excellence Program is part of HCA Healthcare’s

Leadership Institute, which has graduated more than 16,850 colleagues since its

inception in 2014.

  • The Chief Leadership Program (CLP) for CNOs offers nursing leaders of exceptional

ability the opportunity to further develop the leadership and business management skills

needed for a high-impact career in healthcare. The Chief Leadership Program for CNOs

is part of HCA Healthcare’s Leadership Institute, which has graduated more than 16,850

colleagues since its inception in 2014.

  • The Executive Residency Program (ERP) is a one-year resident program that provides

experience, exposure, and education to recent graduates from prestigious Masters

Programs in Healthcare Administration (MHA) and Business Administration (MBA). The

Executive Residency Program is part of HCA Healthcare’s Leadership Institute, which

has graduated more than 16,850 colleagues since its inception in 2014.

  • The Executive Transitions Program (ETP) helps prepare top leaders to step into a new

executive role by giving them key tools and resources to accelerate their leadership

effectiveness. The Executive Transitions Program is part of HCA Healthcare’s

Leadership Institute, which has graduated more than 16,850 colleagues since its

inception in 2014.
