Vital Voices Employee Engagement communications toolkit 

Summary:

I wrote and produced new toolkit for communications regarding the twice-yearly Vital Voices employee engagement survey at HCA Healthcare. My team provided the toolkit to enterprise and division communicators, to help to streamline and templatize communications around the engagement survey, which is sent to more than 280,000 HCA Healthcare employees. The toolkit contains a 12-month calendar of communications content to be placed in internal newsletters by communications leaders at the division/market/facility level. 

 Value added:

The toolkit will reduce the amount of time involved in developing communications, making it easier for communicators to elevate the importance of participation in the engagement survey, and cultivate an environment where employee engagement is a year-around priority. The toolkit also serves to share the HCA Healthcare brand and culture with colleagues in as consistent a manner as possible.
